Below are different channels of exercise sessions tailored for different needs that are all accessible with the monthly membership. 

We have a section that is suitable for anyone new to pilates, anyone suffering with aches and pains, anyone wanting to keep their posture in alignment, anyone who has any pelvic floor-related difficulties, and anyone who wants to compliment their higher intensity exercises with key core foundation exercises to prevent injury.

We have a section specific for the pregnancy period. 

We have a section specific to the postpartum period. 

All the exercises are safe and effective for recovery however you are exercising in your own environment at your own risk. We want to ensure you have no pain during these movements, if you do, stop stretch and re-start them. If the pain does not subside do seek an assessment from a healthcare provider such as a physiotherapist if you are concerned.
