This session informs you of the correct technique of engaging your pelvic floor, working your tummy muscles and breathing, all whilst doing a move! Ultimate multitasking!

This is designed to teach you a technique to grasp early on to enable the most effective recovery going forwards.
​
It is designed to be suitable from as early as 6 weeks postpartum and is slow to ensure you are able to grasp the technique. You will get so much more out of movements going forward when you can master this technique, so bare with it.
